This was my favorite chocolate from the two that I ordered: the other one being "Sacred Darkness with Almonds". I liked both of them , but this one had a perfect sweetness to it that balanced the slight bitter goodness of the raw cacao. You know it's potent when there's a slight bitter taste to it, and the rosemary adds a savory and interesting flavor that is surprising and unexpected. The dried cherries are the perfect sweet treat that aligns with the taste of the cacao. Pistachios, dates, and Himalayan sea salt seal the deal, and I was left wanting more: just a bite is enough to satisfy me, but I usually end up eating two squares, and that's more than enough to give me a sense of bliss and euphoria.

A cup of CacaoSol is an essential part of my daily ritual. The journey that she goes through from birth to finding her way into my home is clearly full of love and care every step of the way.
