Cacao Peanut Butter Smoothie

A smoothie is the perfect receptacle for all the nourishing things. Feel free to experiment with this as the base for your creations, adding anything that might fit into your desired delicious smoothie dreams.

Cacao Sol - Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie


  • 1 ½ Frozen Bananas 

  • 1-2 Ice Cubes

  • 2 Tbsp Ceremonial Cacao 

  • 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1 tsp Maca powder

  • 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha powder

  • 1 tsp Hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup Vegan milk

Toppings We Love! optional

  • Cacao nibs

  • Hemp seeds

  • Goji berries

  • Chia seeds

  • Cashews (unsalted)

  • Pistachios (unsalted)

  • Shredded coconut 

  • Any fresh fruit - berries, banana slices, mango etc.

  • Drizzle with cashew butter 


  1. Using a powerful blender, add the frozen bananas, ice cubes, pure cacao, maca powder, Ashwagandha powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, vegan milk and blend on high until creamy and smooth.

    Sometimes it can blend quite thick - add a bit of vegan milk or coconut water to allow more liquidity.

  2. Pour/scoop into a cup or bowl and decorate with your desired toppings.

  3. Enjoy this delicious, nutrient rich smoothie as a meal or a tasty cold treat!
