The Aguacate End of Summer Bash is a family-friendly community celebration presented alongside Aguacate, Inner Ignition, and Cacao Sol combining movement, music, cacao, play, food, local artisans, and meaningful human connection into one unforgettable day!

☀️ THE DAY

9:30–10:30 AM — Family Flow Yoga & Cacao

We’ll begin the morning together with a small serving of Cacao Sol cacao, followed by grounding, breathwork, intention-setting, movement, partner exercises, stretching, and an accessible family yoga flow.

The experience will invite us to reflect on where we’ve been this year and what we want to carry with us into the fall and the months ahead.

All levels and families are welcome.

10:30–11:15 AM — Sound Healing & Intermission

Our yoga practice will melt into an extended savasana and immersive sound-healing experience.

Afterward, take some time to explore Aguacate, visit the Cacao Sol booth and local vendors, grab something to drink, spend time in the children’s area, or simply enjoy the property.

11:15 AM–12:30 PM — Family Acro Yoga

Play. Trust. Communicate. Connect.

Luis from Cacao Sol will lead an accessible introduction to acro yoga designed for beginners, couples, friends, parents, children, and anyone ready to try something new together.

No previous acro experience is necessary.

12:30–1:30 PM — Lunch at Aguacate 🥑

Take a break and enjoy lunch prepared by Aguacate while spending time with the community and exploring the grounds.

1:30–2:30 PM — Connection Workshop

Go beyond small talk through partner exercises, mindful listening, movement, reflection, play, and interactive activities led by Epiphanie Zaldivar from Inner Ignition, we’ll create opportunities for families, friends, and strangers to genuinely connect with one another.

2:30–5:00 PM — Family Games & Open Play 

Now we play.

Enjoy an afternoon around Aguacate’s family area with activities such as:

Water games • Relay challenges • Parent-and-child games • Follow the Leader • Simon Says • Movement games • Face painting • Bounce house • Inflatable slide • Open play

Children — and grown-ups willing to behave like children again — are encouraged to participate.

Late Afternoon — Cacao Ceremony with Cacao Sol 🤎

As the sun begins to soften, we’ll gather again as one community.

Luis and Cacao Sol will lead an intentional cacao ceremony featuring ceremonial cacao, prayer and intention, music, reflection, movement, community sharing, and live singing.

A chance to slow down after a full day of activity and reconnect with ourselves, one another, and something greater.

Sunset — Closing Sound Healing 🌅

We’ll close the End of Summer Bash together with a final sound journey as the sun goes down resting, receiving, and ending the day as one community.
