All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, which may include standard credit or debit card options. We currently offer shipping within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

4. Refund & Pickup Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it must be collected within one week of purchase.

• Orders not picked up within 7 days are forfeited and will not be refunded or replaced.
• We do not accept product returns or exchanges unless required by law.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local government. Cacao Sol LLC is not liable for delays or losses caused by customs or international carriers.
