Hi Kayla, we’re so sorry your cacao arrived melted. During the summer months, the heat during transit can sometimes soften or melt cacao even when we take precautions with packaging. The good news is that melting does not affect the quality or usability of the cacao once it firms back up. That said, we completely understand that this isn’t how you expected to receive your order.
