6:15 PM — Arrival & Welcome
Come as you are. There is no dress rehearsal for this evening and nothing you need to prepare for. As you arrive, the space will already be ready for you with the smell of incense, soft light, friends from the community, and a warm cup of cacao.
6:30 PM — Opening the Circle
A collective prayer opens the space. Not a performance or spectacle, but an honest conversation with what is within us. We set our intentions for the evening together, and we receive our first ceremonial cup of cacao. This is the moment the ceremony begins. Not when the music starts, but when we set our intentions and find a moment of stillness, calm, and presence together.
7:00 PM — The Musical Journey Begins
This is not a concert. It is a prayer with instruments. The Cacao Sol family will lead us through the first musical journey of the evening with live music. You do not need to know the songs. You do not need to move a certain way. You only need to be there to receive whatever comes up and join us in your full self expression that night.
7:45 PM — Intermission
Fifteen minutes to breathe, stretch, connect with the person next to you, or simply sit in the quiet of what has moved through you already. The best conversations of the night often happen during this brief moment of pause, and connection with the group.
8:00 PM — Second Cacao Serving & The Deepening
After the intermission, the room feels warmer, the music goes slower, and there's way more feeling. The cacao by this point has been in your body for a while, and you start to notice things that you hadn't been able to tap into earlier. A tightness in your chest you didn't know you were carrying or a thought you had been avoiding.
We don't force any of that. We just continue praying, moving, and singing. Which is usually exactly what we needed even if it's something we didn't know before we walked in.
9:00 PM — Closing Prayer & Sound Healing
The music becomes still at this point. We close the evening together with a sound healing meditation. This is our way of commemorating the night and crystallizing everything the ceremony has offered. This is the moment to let what moved through us actually land so that we can begin the integration process after the ceremony is complete.
9:30 PM — The Circle Closes
Every ceremony ends. This one will close in a circle with gratitude for the people who joined us that night, for the wisdom that the evening had to offer, and most importantly for the courage it took to show up. No matter what happens, we guarantee that you will leave differently than you arrived. That is our one and only promise.
10:00 PM — Departure
The space closes. Take what you received and if you found something that you connected with like a person, a lesson, or a simple teaching, now begins the process of integrating it.
